Hey y'all! I'm Jeremy, owner of Remy's Carolina Ravenous Sweets. "Why, Carolina, when this is the bluegrass state?" Is a question I often get asked. I was born and raised in the Sandhills of North Carolina, Fayetteville to be exact. I spent the first 10 years of my life there eating some of my favorite carbs- hushpuppies, zucchini bread, red velvet cake, and sweet potato pie, to name a few. I believe I've taken after my grandpa, a South Carolina native who loves to bake and garden like me. My family and I relocated here, to Louisville, Kentucky. It would be here that, through God and my peers, I would discover this talent and start this business. God has bought me through countless things, and I want you all to know that the bread of life lives through him and your baked goods. Thank you for joining me, I hope you enjoy.

1st Bake
My Story
It all starting with a loaf of quick bread- sweet potato bread. I was bored and decided to try and
mimic my grandpa's expertise my freshman year of high school.
He had always sent over loaves of zucchini bread, even to Kentucky.
The moment I removed it from the oven, I was shocked at how well I did.
I used my grandpa's recipe, but I'd never thought I'd follow it so well. I even went out of my
way to add chopped pecans and brown sugar on top. Yummy!
