The flavor of this cookie is remarkable. The macadamia nuts combined with the white and blonde chocolate add to the overall fudginess of the cookie. The oil from the macadamia nuts comes out in the oven and gets ever so slightly toasted and caramelized for a sweet, nutty flavor throughout. This is a must-have and is one of my personal favorite cookies.
