Having Faith Hebrews 11: 1-3

"Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. For it the people of old received their commendation. By faith we understand that the universe was created by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things that are visible."

Some of you may have heard of the following analogy: "We can't see the wind, but we know it has to be there." The same thing applies to the idea of Faith. The fact that we can choose to trust what God is doing behind the scenes despite it not being evident before us is the very basis of faith. This is an extremely important component if you would like God to do something in your life, not just wanting the said thing, but BELIEVING that it WILL be done today; choose to trust God because no matter what WE think about the situation, don't let that get into the way of what God is doing in your life.
